What a system means here
An architectural range is not a collection of profiles that happen to be the same colour. It is a set of parts dimensioned against one another — an outer frame, a leaf, a coupling bar, a glazing bead and a threshold that close on the same gasket and take the same hardware. Ordering a system means the parts arrive able to be assembled.
KOCO 65 is the clearest example. It was developed out of the older XF geometry, runs at a standard wall of 1.2 to 2.2 mm, and had its rib components re-cut specifically to make assembly quicker on site.
Everything in the range is extruded to a 6 m standard length and bundled with the bar count stated per profile, so a delivery reconciles against a packing list rather than against a weight.
