Stock section or your own
Half of this range is a stock list — box, round tube, U channel and V angle in the sizes below, extruded continuously and available without tooling cost or lead time.
The other half is the die shop. Five hundred dies a month is not a marketing figure; it is what makes a one-off section economic. An OEM profile is quoted against your drawing, cut, trialled, corrected and then run in 6063 or 6061 to whatever temper the application needs.
Where a part is structural rather than architectural, 6061 is the alloy that usually follows, and the temper is specified with the order rather than assumed.

Where it goes
01
Solar mounting
Rails and clamps, where the run length and the corrosion behaviour matter more than the appearance.
02
Machine framing
Structural box and channel for frames, guarding and conveyor runs.
03
Heat sinks
Finned sections in 6063, where the extrusion ratio decides how thin the fin can go.
04
Transport & equipment
Load-bearing parts in 6061, specified by temper against the duty.
