Inspected before it is bundled
A certified system, a fixed set of checks at fixed points on the line, and documentation that travels with the shipment. What is claimed here is what can be shown.
Certification
Quality management across extrusion, finishing and packing is certified to ISO 9001:2015, and supplied profiles carry a declaration of conformity to QCVN 16:2019/BXD — Vietnam's technical regulation for construction materials.
Inspection is not a final gate. Each of the checks below happens at the point on the line where the fault it catches is still cheap to fix: section and wall are measured as the die settles, straightness and twist after the stretcher, temper after ageing, and film thickness on the coating line rather than on the finished bundle.
ISO 9001:2015
Quality management system covering the extrusion, finishing and packing process.
QCVN 16:2019/BXD
Vietnamese technical regulation on construction materials — conformity declared for supplied profiles.
What is checked, and where
Dimensional inspection
Section measured against the die drawing and its stated tolerance.
Straightness & twist
Checked after stretching, before the length is cut.
Temper
Verified after ageing against the specified T5 or T6 condition.
Coating film
Powder film checked for thickness, adhesion and colour match to the reference panel.
Surface finish
Visual inspection over the full length for marks, die lines and handling damage.
Packing
Interleaved, bundled and labelled to survive the container it ships in.
Documents supplied with an order
- 01
Certificate of conformity
Declared against QCVN 16:2019/BXD for the profiles supplied.
- 02
Alloy and temper record
Alloy and temper for the run — 6063 T5, 6063 T6 or 6061 — recorded against the order.
- 03
Dimensional report
Section, wall thickness and length measured against the approved drawing.
- 04
Coating record
Colour reference and film thickness for powder, wood grain or electrophoretic finishes.
- 05
Packing list
Bars per bundle, bundles per pallet and net weight, matched to the container plan.
- 06
Export documentation
Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin prepared for the destination.
On testing
The checks above are the ones built into the process. Where a buyer's specification calls for third-party testing — salt spray, adhesion, hardness or coating weight to a named standard — say so with the enquiry and it is arranged and quoted with the order.
Need the certificates before you order?
Ask, and the ISO 9001:2015 certificate and the QCVN 16 declaration of conformity are sent across with the quotation.
