Why these are drawn separately
A fixed frame has to hold a dimension. A sliding leaf has to hold it while moving, under its own weight, on a rail that is carrying that weight into the floor. The sections in this range are drawn around the track and the roller before they are drawn around the glass.
That shows up in how the catalogue publishes them: sliding systems are listed as an above cover frame, a rail, a clip bar and a frame — four parts that only work as a set, because the tolerance that matters is the one between them.
Hydraulic and pivot systems add a closer and a floor spring to the same problem, which is why they are specified by leaf weight and opening width rather than by section alone.
